I'm a total skeptic about stuff like this - I assumed the well-known drug was the only way to improve performance, but I'd never tried ginseng.The Vistarax green are capsules rather than tablets and each contains 100g of Panax Ginseng among other ingredients.I am very impressed with how well this works, although it may not be for everyone.It took some time to become fully effective - after taking a tablet in the evening, I'd say the peak effectiveness was the following morning, although about 1h after taking it showed some effect.It did generate a lot of stomach acid - I found I had mild heartburn for a day - not really bad enough to be an issue, but if you have a sensitive stomach, use caution. Apparently drinking lots of water is key.The effects are noticeable for about 3 days after consumption and personally i found them more effective than the well-known pharmaceutical drug. In particular the effects seem to take longer to develop, but last much longer.

It took about 40 minutes to reach its peak but it did work well - enabling several rounds of exercise with only short recovery times and lasting at least 3 hours! That's amazing for a "herbal" supplement; if I didn't know better I'd wonder if there was a secret ingredient in this to make it work!!Well packed in plastic, inside a pocket-sized cardboard box. Pack life more than a year ahead. These pills do the job perfectly, with slight side effects in my case such as headache and little digestion issue but nothing serious or sever. These pills are all working perfectly, however if you take an entire pill you'll get horrible indigestion so best to take a third at a time
