How often do they need to be re tightened?

When I installed mine, I used blue loctite, I think it is a must, and torqued them down to rated torque value for the vehicle. Like most tire shops tell you, bring it in after say, 500 miles and check torque again. I have ran about that much on mine and checked them and they were at torque spec still.

Would like to know which set of wheels spacers will fit for a 2011 ford ranger 4wd. see there is notes that says won't fit in the front. why is that?
