I purchased this butcher wrap as a biodegradable alternative to other food wraps. The item arrived promptly, in excellent condition, and is a very generous amount for the small price. I was surprised to discover that there was even a skein of twine tucked inside. I never expected that. The quality is also more than I was expecting: sturdy, easy to use, and keeps the food fresh. A quality product that gets the job done. It doesn't tear apart and it holds up well in my smoker, it does a good job of absorbing grease and doesn't singe or char. When this roll runs out I will be coming back for more. I just use a pocket knife to make a nice clean cut when I need to wrap something up. It cuts clean and I did not notice any spots where it tore. A sharp knife will help with that.

It's like a brown paper bag. had burn marks on the bottom of the paper in a smoker. The grease from the ribs just ripped the paper apart. Not real butcher paper . More like for wrapping gifts. Not meat.

I know this isn't the normal use, but it works great for the bottom of my parakeets cage, one side seems to be waxy so it doesn't get soaked up.

Quality paper . I have used it during my low and slow for brisket, spare ribs and beef short ribs. Paper hold up nicely. Photos show the meat following the wrap with this paper.

Used this natural, untreated paper for wrapping presents and as packing in moving boxes. It's heavy duty, though still a paper product. Great price! Love the jute twine that comes with roll.

I dislike the fact that I didn’t buy enough, besides that it was pretty good paper. I normally use foil to wrap my briskets this time I did the paper and it held just next im I will buy a bigger role and a stand
