I have used it a few times I like it very much except for the stupid retractable cord. I don't think I would have purchased it if I had known that it doesn't lock into place It keeps retracting even without touching the button which doesn't work at all

This is a great iron. I’ve had it for just 2 months now but we love it. Everything is easy to see and use. I use distilled water in mine since I have it around to keep the build up down like my last iron had around the steam holes. Love the iron though!

I have liked the product which l bought it for dowry. The price is good , it works well. Decen stream iron that is light is easy to use .

Before you read this, please note that I purchased this on April 7th, so it's been over a month that my family has been using this iron. The first few times of usage went well. We don't iron every day -- so it was at least twice a week. Towards the end of the 2nd week we started to notice that the area that stored the cord was a bit "wet" and upon touching it, the color of the wetness was black. Now please note the iron is black, the cord is black -- so we think the "coloring" of it was coming off. Then, the iron started to drip black residue onto our clothing. We thought it was a fluke and tried again -- no use, it still leaked black water. Thankfully upon washing we were able to get the black stains off. Please note that upon the end of usage we would empty all the water, so somehow water steeped into the cord "well". MY RECOMMENDATION IS NOT TO BUY...OR BE CAREFUL.

I like the appearance of this Decen steam iron. The iron is light and easy to use. Temperature control is perfect, heats up very fast and the extra long retractable cord is very convenient. Very good product for a reasonable price. I recommend this product.

I'm happy with this iron. What i love about this iron. First, it has never leaked. Secondly, the built in sprayer is great. It is also easy to manage and use the iron.The weight is not too heavy. The stream is fantastic also.

I bought this iron for my mom and gifted her. She’s is so happy to have it and told me that it was best gift ever for her. This iron has a nice weight- not too heavy to use for an extended ironing session. The iron adjusts heat for various fabrics with an easy-to-use dial in the middle. It has a smooth, gliding sole-plate for easy use. The adjustable steam feature allows you to control the amount of steam the iron emits. A handy cleaning feature allows you to clean the inside of the iron of any collected minerals. It has a long cord, makes it easier to maneuver the iron and iron larger pieces.

I would not buy this iron again. I have used a number of steam irons and all of them glide smoothly over material easily when ironing. This iron drags across dress shirts and actually can cause wrinkles due to bunching up the fabric. Some positive features of the iron are the light weight, the cord retractor and storage, and ease of filling the water compartment. It has not dripped water out like some other steam iron’s tend to do. The dark gray color of the plastic face makes it difficult to see the water level.
