This product tastes great. The quality is everything I expected & more. The price is very reasonable too!

I sometimes make my own batches of elderberry syrup and add all the good stuff like ginger and other tasty beneficial herbs, as a winter day immune boost to help me fight off cold etc. I really think it helps but it is sooo much work to make my self so I am thrilled with this product! The taste is great and it's got all the good stuff in it that I would normally use, so easy I love it.

This tastes good and is probably much better for you than some of the more popular brands that contain a lot of added sugar. I used it during flu season for my self. My son and husband both came down with the flu and I did not get sick while taking care of them. I'm not claiming this prevented me from getting sick but this product is great for immune system support.I did end up having to transfer the syrup to another glass jar. The cap on this container broke after a couple of days of use. The syrup made the cap very sticky. So I will wipe the rim clean each time next time I order this.I also have to say please do not use this is you get diagnosed with Coronavirus. I know that many people are recommending Elderberry as a treatment. This is not the right product for that. Please take the time to read up on Cytokine Storm so you will understand that using this while suffering from COVID-19 can actually cause more inflammation in your lungs.Otherwise this is a great product to boost your immune system.I am not a doctor. But learned about Cyto Storm from my doctor.

If you can get to your cold symptoms just as soon as you recognize them, the tickle behind the nose, ears itch, scratchy throat, you can ward off a cold with this syrup. I have escaped 3 or 4 colds so far this winter. A tablespoon of the syrup at first symptom, another 2 hours later, repeat for 4 doses. I went to visit my granddaughter about 3 weeks after the baby was born last October. Of course I caught something on the airplane. Woke up the 2nd day with a scratchy throat, sniffles. I told her I would stay away from the baby and told her why. She said "I have got just the stuff." Took my 4 doses, got up next morning symptomless and felt great the rest of the visit. 3x this winter I've had the same thing happen. Took my doses, it never developed into anything. Husband woke up with a sore throat, congestion, etc a couple of weeks ago. Though he'd let it go too long to catch all the symptoms, he took the doses and felt better in 3 days rather than 2 weeks. I took just a tablespoon each day to make sure I wouldn't get it and never did. This stuff is GREAT! It might not work for everyone but I am sold. I consider I have found the cure for colds. If not, at least it strengthens my immune system so it has a fighting chance of warding illness off.

I use this when someone in my house is sick or when I start to feel like I am coming down with something. It helps to avoid or at least cut down on the longevity of a cold.

I purchased the extract last year, but my son wouldn't drink it due to the flavor. So I decided to try the syrup this year, and it's a win for him! We've tried a few others before- but most have more ingredients than I'd like to see. Just started using it, so cannot yet speak to effectiveness, but in general Elderberry seems to have helped me and my some stay healthier. My only con- it was incredibly difficult to take the cap off- until it broke. Now I just have the bottle covered with the broken cap- fingers crossed it doesn't get knocked over.

I ordered what's in the picture and in the description, WELLNESS SYRUP what the fulfiller at Amazon sent me was the EXTRACT. I did not order the extract. Thanks...🙄However, I do think it has some properties that help when you're sick. We had the flu this year in our house. My sister had been taking the wellness syrup since Aug/Sept 2019. She was mildly sick, my mom had the worst of it. So it does help, some.

I have been taking this syrup for while now and it really does seem to strengthen my immune system. I usually suffer from colds and I have not had one yet so far. When I felt a cold coming, I immediately increased the dose a little bit and together with some other remedies such as garlic, tea with honey and ginger I did not get sick. I am taking one dose on a daily basis.
