Great product
I love this product I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome IBM. And this product allows me to have bowels movements every day with no cramping. Does not taste great but not dad at all any to help with my condition totally recommend.

It works !!! Within 8 hrs I had a bowel movement. Drink in the night and you’ll go in the morning. Drink in the morning and you’ll go in the afternoon

Best fiber I've tried!
After trying multiple fiber brands, I've finally found one that works! I love that it has all natural ingredients, it doesn't get goopy like psyllium husk, and has a nice neutral flavor (similar to flax seed, imo). It keeps everything moving in a gentle way and really helps with my bloated tummy!
