Alpha ball- buy two for better value
Recommended for therapeutic use during shoulder surgery pt for shoulder stiffness and rotator cuff surgery recovery . The area of this alpha ball is wider so covers more area when you use it . Good value purchasing in a two set . No complaints and highly recommend purchasing in a two set if you can use two . Great for traveling.

They do the job!
Very effective for rolling out knots and muscle jams! Ouchie mama, but feels so good afterwards! They are much better at targeting deep muscle areas than hyperbolt gun. Highly recommend!

Best therapy ball ever!
These are the best myofascial ball ever I used. I tried many balls but this is the best. The quality, texture, it fits between shoulders and neck perfectly that you can release the upper back/neck tension. It's great for low back, sacrum, pelvis, and buttock release. Very good self massage implement.
I got the product not too long ago, and have already tried it out, just using basic compression and cross fiber stripping techniques with it. Already, I could tell a difference in my tissues, and had more range of motion upon using it.The product is very well made and goes along well with the book.

Scar tissue
My acupuncturist had me get them because she wanted to show me how to break up the scar tissue in my right leg. I felt they did the job, they are durable and they are helping to ease the pain and I enjoy using them

If you are going to buy just one size ball, buy this one!
These balls are great. I watched a friends video, Treat while you Train Self Help Kit, so I knew the basic concepts. The problem was I didn't want to buy an entire package. So after reading many reviews, I settled on my first pair of balls being the Alpha Twins. So glad I did. Even in my neck area I found these to be a great size! Wonderful for reducing muscle tension and winding down. Even has eased up several headaches.
