It's comfortable and it seems like it does help your neck!
I like that, once you laid down on it, it feels relaxing and comfortable. I think it does help your neck but since I'm just starting to use it, I can't say much about it...

LOVE it
I bought this for my daughter. I got one about 25 years ago and it has done wonders for my neck and overall pain and health. It was extremely uncomfortable at first, but slowly I got used to it and was able to lay on it for longer periods of time. Be consistent, it will help if you keep up with it

Ouch
My fiance and I both tried this pillow out and neither of us liked it. We both have some tightness in our necks, and I'm even going to the chiropractor for mine. When I laid on the pillow, it took me a while to find a comfortable position, but to get the back area supported correctly, my neck had to hyperextend. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't stand it. It gave me a headache. My fiance didn't like it because it made the blood rush to his head. Stretching the neck is one thing, but having it lay completely cranked backward isn't exactly a nice feeling.

Not rounded enough on top
I bought this because my chiropractor recommended. The high point on the cushion where you lay your neck is more pointed than round and it digs into my neck causing a neck ache.

Not firm enough
The Soothe-A-Ciser Pillow is a great design that does work but the pillow compresses after a short time with my body weight.

works but a little pricey
This pillow works great! Even for my 6'-2" , 275lb. husband. I just think it is a bit too expensive for the actual components, We will see how it lasts, but even so, it is way cheaper than a chiropractor. I have purchased another one for my daughter's husband who is a truck driver.

perfect
my chiropractor recommended this exact one. I bought it, it came quickly, I put it in my bed and before I go to sleep I traction my neck for about three or four minutes. I am also supposed to do it after my workouts and sometimes I do. I have definitely noticed that my neck is far less sore in the morning and I feel better

Horrible, too small not wide enough for an adult
Horrible , too small not wide enough for an adult. I should have returned my but I found someone to give it to who is a size 2
