I have the older version of these headphones and have had no issues in the year that I have owned them. I got these new ones and unfortunately only the right headphone works. The left has no sound. I am sure I just have a lemon pair but I would still recommend them.

stop taking a charge after on 4 or 5 months of use - only at the gym for 1-1.30 hrs of use. really disappointed. liked the headphones, but, not real pleased with them. probably would have been the brand for me all the time, but, not willing to buy them again, unless someone gifted me some.nice earphones,

They sound good but will not stay in my ear. Difficult fit even with the different size earhooks . Needs better fitting hooks for smaller ears.

I have purchased this headphone from Amazon on May 31, 2017. The unit stopped working within 3 months of use. It is neither charging or working. No response from Parasom for the warranty repair or replacement.

Trash product. Purchased a pair and had problems with it after the 12 month warranty expired - Parasom would not help me out. I will avoid this company in the future. For what they can make a pair of headphones for, they should replace them. There are many, many companies to buy a set of Bluetooth headphones from. Go with a company that backs their products!
