Amazon Basics Chenille Bath Mat - Pack of 2, Small, Blue

The bath mat functions well as bath mat. Now that we've gotten that profundity out of the way, let's pick the nits: even when clean, it looks like it is showing lint. The issue is that the welt or foundation of the mat is white... and although the "loops" are chocolate brown, the white welt shows through unless the mat is totally flat and the texture is "brushed" all in the same direction. This is probably the most nit-picky nit that I've ever picked in a product review... but if you're attention deficit disorder kicks in when you're trying to maintain an immaculate bathroom, this might drive you slightly nuts. But it's slightly... as in VERY slight.

It seemed like a really good price, but you get what you pay for. It is super soft but the "loops" were already coming out and starting to fray when I first took it out of the package. It's not as highly put together as it should be so you ca see the bright white background "peeking out" through the loops. To be honest I though about sending it back and figured amazon would surely replace it free of charge but I was too lazy to do that. I have not tried to wash it yet but it seems like it might fall apart if I do!

I needed a smaller rug for my kids bathroom. I had no idea the there was an Amazon Basic option. I figured for the price, I couldn't go wrong. I'm happy to report that I was correct. I did NOT go wrong. I like the color, squishiness, and size.I should have purchased the 2 pack, but I'm not crying.

It is very soft, absorbs water well, and seems like it will be great to be able to throw in the washing machine when needed. Our old mat had more of a solid rubber backing and water would get trapped between backing and tile and a mildew would form so I'd have to hang the mat up to dry every other day or so, that does not happen with this mat. It also doesn't slip which is great. I do wish it was a tiny bit larger, and once in a while depending on how the loops are flipped, you can see some of the white backing material showing through, but it is pretty minimal.

Bath mats are fairly ubiquitous and common. You can buy them just about anywhere. This one is good quality, can handle a washing machine, absorbs well, and has good color. Doesn’t fray or fall apart with use, and doesn’t slide all over a slick bathroom floor. Good product for a good price, and worth the money.Highlights: doesn’t fall apart on you and doesn’t slide around. As bathmats go, those are kinda important.

I liked the price of this rug. I am using it in front of a toilet. It is a lot thicker than I imagined, so much so it is a bit awkward to stand on. It appears light enough to go through wash ok. But the nap is bulky, and loose. They will work for the toilets.

This is an unusual item. It's cushy, but sort of weird-feeling underfoot. Great absorbancy when there are 'showers-in-a-row' going on. Haven't washed mine yet, but it's white and the instructions say No Bleach. Really? Mine's getting it's first wash this weekend, so we'll see...

Love the rug - beautiful deep color. Especially love that it does not have rubber backing. It is replacing one that had rubber backing that came apart in my washing machine. Nice texture.

These mats are super comfy, but they slide around very easily and for the first month (even after vacuuming) I was find pieces of brown fabric around the bathroom and my adjoining hall.

Smaller than I thought, My own fault. Soft and comfortable. Only issue is after 2-3 months I already have a few spots where the loops have fallen out. But for price, not bad.

Tapetes pequeños, buena calidad, buen color, muy suaves. Bye. Precio. Los recomiendo.

The rug is looped and some of the loops slip out and need repaired. Not for a high traffic area.

So plushy and nice.. but after two washes the ties of fabric that make the puffs started to come loose.. three near the edges to be exact. I still recommend this rug but be sure to wash on delicate cycle.
