I ordered this bag and a red one at the same time on 25.12.2017. They both arrived today 28.12.2017 how's that for service. No complaints there. The bags are very good quaility for the price and both came with dust bags, there was also a free material fold up shopping bag. Very useful. I can fit all my bits and bobs I need in this bag except my iPad which isn't a problem for me.Can't fault the service of the seller, will definitely use them again.23.07.18 review update. I have been using this handbag constantly since the end of December 2017 and have to say the handles have started to peel and the edges of them are beginning to strip down, the rest of the handbag is still perfect though. Although I gave five stars to start with, it has gone down to four. I will see how the handles stand up to wear and tear over the few months.

Really good quality bags for the price, look and feel like real leather. I bought the black and the red, the red did have that slight odour mentioned by other reviewers, I gave the bag a quick wipe with leather cleaner and sprayed lightly inside with fabric freshener and it's now fine. The fixed handles are long enough to carry over the shoulder even with a bulky coat.The bags are not too big and ideal for everyday use, I find if I have a large bag that I tend to fill it with unnecessary clutter, these bags will hold all essentials and have roomy pockets for phone, purse or wallet and keys too. I will definitely buy this brand again and will be looking for other colours for summer. Highest recommendation.

First impressions luv it, great for the £.Arrived today, quick delivery, & packed VERY well.So pleasantly surprised at the quality look, really dis the brassy metal so often seen on cheaper bags so VERY PLEASED to say NONE used HERE! Time if course will tell on durability. Have no doubt style size etc will meet my needs as I've got on very well with this type as a daily use handbag.

I bought this for extra 'storage' to accompany me to hospital for a short stay. It enabled me to carry all those little extras that I didn't want left packed away in a suitcase. I put my Tablet, mobile phone, charging unit, spare bag of makeup (vanity only!), hair brushes, books, pens etc and they all fitted in really well. Appreciated the zip pockets inside that did give me half a chance to keep things organised. Mobility was a bit restricted after surgery and the long handles and carrying strap were ideal to be able to grab it from the bedside. I even managed to get a pair of slippers on the top of the bag to save space in my main bag. I haven't used it for day-to-day use yet but feel sure that when I am up and running again it will be very useful for someone like me who likes to 'carry the kitchen sink' as my long suffering husband would say! Pleased with the look of the bag which is quite smart and doesn't look at all synthetic like some handbags do - even those made of the finest materials. Would definitely recommend and seriously thinking of buying another in brown.

I loveeeeeeee this bag. Well done to machine makers who choose the fabric best leather faux ive seen. Very handy. One tiny thing. Would be perfect if had top zip for securty public transport etc..

I bought this on the 1st of January and would have got it on the fifth if I had been home. I however was not and they promptly redelivered today on the sixth. The bag it's self looks very much like the pictures and I am very happy with the quality for the price. The only down side is that there are a few sticking out threads here and there but you really have to look to find them and they do not seem to be affecting the structure of the bag. I love it!

I was expecting good things from this bag but was very disappointed. one of the pictures shows a laptop inside there is no way a laptop will fit in here and I only have a small one and even if I did manage to get it in you wouldn't get anything else in with it. I found the handles thin and if i'd been able to get my laptop and other things in not sure it would stand up to the weight for too long. Unfortunately I sent it back

Love this bag, looks very expensive, lovely rich brown colour. Inside is small than the bag but that's great for me as it's a going out bag so I don't carry too much (work bag a mess). And the free shopping bag is a lovely touch, thank you, will definitely buy again.
