I like this B12 because it is very easily absorbed. Had cramps in legs for years. Now its gone after one week. Very good product.Using one drop daily it is impossible to use it all within 3 months. Waste of product and money. Could sell in 100ml or 150ml.

I don’t know how I’ll get through this in 3 months, certainly great value for money!

Firstly, I would commend this product on it's use of no unnecessary additives and pure formulation. I prefer hydroxocobalamin, as it is usually well tolerated and can be converted into the 2 active b12 forms in the body.However, this formulation quickly develops bacterial growth that can be seem floating in it! I first noticed bits floating in my first bottle after 2 months, I presumed it was my fault as the dropper may have accidentally touched my teeth when taking.The second bottle was definitely clear upon receiving it. I used it once to take drops, no issues. 5 days later, there was a lot of bits floating in it, presumably bacterial growth. I have had to throw it away. Will take this up with the company, but no longer feel happy taking this.

I’m pretty sure this is just cokoyred water. It came in very dubious packaging and has not certification at all. I feel silly for buying it. I would advise researching a bit and buying a certified Product. This is red water with no taste whatsoever unlike other B12 I have tried.

My family has a gene, which means we don’t do well with methyl vitamins, so this product is great for us keeping our b12 levels up.Although red in colour, which is normal, it is great, as it has no taste.Metabolics products are extremely good quality and I have now bought all their b vitamins separately, as my son can’t take a mixed b complex due to either having fillers or containing methyl vitamins.Highly recommend.
