Leather can be restored with any good quality leather cleaner. To remove dirt, apply a small amount of product with clean, soft cloth using circular strokes. Wipe off residue and let dry for 30 minutes. Please use as directed by your leather care product manufacturer.

Not sure it's the best it could be.
Kind of disappointed. Haven't used it for a wedding yet but it ribs my neck wrong and imagining 8 to 10hrs with this. The clamps could be made better to hold on my 2,000 camera equipment. Had to spend another 50 bucks to get the 2 fastners that dont come with this for the bottom. The one's that were advised to get were wrong.

Best thing ever!
I am a full-time wedding and portrait photographer. I also have very small shoulders and I always have issues with the camera straps sliding down from my shoulders, because of that I tent to lift my shoulders as I work. Not good for my neck and back.With the Clydesdale I don't have that issue, I don't have to struggle for the straps to be in place. LOVE IT!!! If you are a wedding photographer do yourself a favor and get this product. You will thank me later.-My only negative comment is that they should include in the purchase the attachment to the camera. I was so excited when I got my product and so disappointed when I couldn't find the missing part.

I received this item for a fathers day gift. I am an event photographer and wanted a professional and modern look instead of the utility belt look of those other cheaper hardnesses. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprise to see the quality and craftsmanship it was made with. I received a brochure in the packaging and notice that the fasteners needed an upgrade and I was looking in RL's website and Etsy page for this particular item. I couldn't find it and had to order some aftermarket which added almost $20 to the purchase. Then I noticed the clamp was not the best and felt the strap that attaches to the camera was not long for it purpose at all. It made it very difficult to bring the camera above my shoulders to shoot. I then had to place an order for a longer strap, I purchased the size large strap and was under the impression that I would get a pair for the price of $26. Turns out I was wrong and only one strap goes for that price. After having to invest in the extras, in an already expensive harness, just to make it work for me. I love the customer service and super fast shipment. But in the other end to have to spend more money on the extras was ridiculous. At this price range everything should be included. Fasteners should be included as the price point seems only for professionals and having close to 5 to 10k in equipment a $20 fastener should be part of the purchase. Secondly, the straps I purchased are only for the higher end harness ($500?!?!) as it is not a native or OEM fit for this model. The bracket that holds it onto the harness is almost twice as big as it should be. I'm willing to give it a shot but for every defect I had with this item I had to take away a star.
