This is a great dress, I thought it was black but it is navy blue. However why I gave it 4 stars is because it was smaller than expected, my daughter is 20 mos (she is tall though) i selected the 2-3yrs so that it can she wear a couple times but it fit her just. Basically my daughter wouldn’t have much wear.
