Champions of Chaos (Warhammer Chronicles Book 5)

so Sigvald was the worst, BY FAR, and deserves a 3/5. The characters were static and flat, also Sigvald comes off like a whiny, angsty teen the whole way through.Valkia is a 4/5. Valkia's first three-quarters was a great read actually, but post-transformation becomes depressing. She loses all care for her former life, going so far as to destroy everything that mattered to her in life. The short stories surrounding her were alright I suppose...Van Horstman is a 4.5/5, and would be a 5/5 if the editor actually had done his job. The book is amazing and includes a wide variety of characters from several orders and races. Not only that, but the plot roles along smoothly while describing the process of magic in a more engaging manner than previous books. But the book suffers from several typo laden areas (looking like an old google translate). The editor should be tried by the witch hunters for marring such a wonderful work. (Personally I probably would have just read this one)

If you're looking at this item, you probably know what to expect. Its a collection of stories from chaos champions. Some are a bit of a snooze fest like Engrimm's story.

Shipping time was good and the book arrived as I expected it to.

Like the rest of the series this book was excellent, now to purchase another in the series and another etc
