Not the most pleasant smell or taste but it does the job.

I have been taking these since I was pregnant and am now 3 months postpartum and I can tell the difference when I take them versus when I haven’t in awhile. Not only are they helpful for my baby but my nails and hair are the longest they have been in awhile. I will say the taste is pretty bad if you can get past that as well as the taste lasting in my mouth for a little after taking it. It was difficult at first but just keep taking it and you will get used to it. Decently easy to swallow but they are a bigger pill.

These pills are huge, I honestly have to break in half but I guess most prenatal vitamins are large. I do like that I only have to take one a day.

This Prenatal vitamins is amazing. Definitely worth purchasing and I've been purchasing it for many year's and I never ever experienced any types of problems.
