Fast shipping. Nice and sturdy. Looks great. I coated it with Helmsman to get it through our snowy winters and hot summers.Directions are funky but I got it together in about 3 hours by myself.

I had to get my handyman to drill some holes for bolts as some were not pre-drilled as the instructions stated. Once he did that, the swing was easily set up, and is a big hit with the family! Very sturdy.

I've had it for 1.5months. Bought it for my disabled son for his group home. He sat on it and it broke in half, sending him to the ground. Must have been a faulty piece of wood. Customer service responded very quickly and are sending a replacement. Probably the best customer service team that I have ever experienced 😊

This swing was missing most of the hardware and one piece of wood. I tried to contact them and never got a response. I'm pretty good at putting things together, but this was difficult! The instructions were bad and pieces weren't labeled so it took awhile to get it all figured out. The holes didn't alway line up how they were supposed to so there are some chunks missing by the bolts so it doesn't even look nice finished. Overall disappointed with the construction of the project, but is pretty sturdy completed. I did have to spend about $30 extra at a local hardware store to get what I was missing.

First off, I’m very happy with this swing. It was not difficult to assemble with 2 people. It’s a beautiful rustic piece to add to any garden area or porch. I ordered this as a gift for my mother in law for Mothers Day. (Which fell on the 12 of May) I placed the order on May 2 and thought it would be here by May 9th. I thought “great!!! We will have time to put it together!” 🤗 No lie! This swing was on our door step THE NEXT DAY!!! (May 3) I was over the moon with the delivery, set up, and it’s beautiful rustic appeal. But more importantly, my mother in law loves it! She spends more time outside enjoying fresh air and sunshine. She is finally out of the house and actively spending more time gardening, and bird feeding. Can not say enough about this swing and how it has seriously leveled up the quality of her life. Highly recommend this purchase. Will be buying one for myself!

Bought this swing expecting it to last a long time. It was maintained every month by applying a natural wood preservative and tightening any loose bolts. It looked was an easy assembly and materials appeared solid. But after about a year outside in a shady area I discovered several seat slats split where fastened to the rails. Very disappointed that the materials deteriorated so quickly and beyond the opportunity to request replacement through Amazon.

This swing is easy to put together, but it’s handy to have a helper. It is well made, sturdy and comfortable. I like being outside and this is perfect for swinging, relaxing and it looks nice in the yard. I love it!

It is of good overall quality, but it required some sanding and some wood plugs for holes before use. We also did a couple of coats of wood sealer as some cut ends and edges had not really been sealed at all. It is to be placed somewhere out in the yard, but we have not yet decided on its ultimate location. It would also be nice if it were possible to adjust the level of back to front tilt for the swing itself.
