Bought all 3 books thinking they would all be different..
I bought this and LOVED it so much that I bought the other two "cool stuff" books. When thy arrived and I flipped through them, my excitement quickly faded as I realized it was the same content being recycled throughout all of the books. There were a few new items to draw but at least half of the book was repeated. Definitely a let down.

The Third Book You Need To Enter The World Of Drawing!
The final book in the series. I find it to be a necessity because it takes you further into drawing and provides other examples and ideas you can draw, an exercise book if you wish! LOTS OF PRACTICE TO FILL YOUR SKETCH BOOK! Yes there are a 'few' examples duplicated from the other two books and it could have been avoided, since they are so few in number I am sure a few original ideas wouldn't have been too difficult to provide Still the series as a whole is 5 stars, a daily exercise, and daily practice should give people not only a boost in drawing but also in encouragement to go further.

Totally love book!
Adapted a picture from this book 3 skulls! Used graphite, Prismacolor pencils, and soft pastel chalk on a 11×16 drawing pad!

Great ideas!
I really like this book. It is full of great ideas on how to draw. I own another book by this author and am never disappointed with the content! I bought this as a gift for an aspiring artist and they really like it. Would recommend!

Be sure that the examples are what you are wanting.
This wasn't what I expected . It illustrates how to draw various things, just not in a way that I found very interesting or creative. Not what I would recommend.

Perfect for the experienced and novice alike.
Perfect for the experienced and novice alike. This book breaks down the drawings into their basic shapes and then builds from there. Wonderful book and loved the illustrations.

Lots of duplicates in this book series.
If I had only bought this one book in the series, I’d probably have been pleased with it. However, I have bought three. I bought them for my Mum, as a gift, as she has developed an interest in drawing in her later years, and I thought she’d like some drawing guides. The issue with this book series is that they have many duplicates. I’ve shown just a few of them in some photographs, but there are more. It’s disappointing as I’m now giving my Mum three books that contain a lot of the same things inside.

Cool stuff
This is a really practical book about how to draw stuff and in this case things related to special occasions like Christmas, Halloween, etc. It is very American so it includes Labor Day. The super bowl and veteranS day but there is lots of generic stuff in there like Hanukkah, flowers, watermelons. The book is set out by month so there are lots of projects to work through but the connection to the event or the season is a bit tenuous for some things. The instructions are laid out step by step and each page includes a Know, Understand, do, vocabulary section so in that way is like a text book. All in all a decent book to help you learn how to draw.
