Original German Army Jacket Zipped Fleck-tarn Camouflage Tactical Combat BW Military Issue Field Shirt

This product is authentic and good quality, but the minute I opened it and saw the tag saying it was GR15 I knew it was way too small. It fit more like a large in American sizing. GR19 is the equivalent of XXL Long in American sizing. Sending it back because I did get it on, but had a good laugh, as it looked like I had some little kids shirt on. If American companies are going to sell European clothing, they really need to get it together on sizing.

I ordered a XXL reg, I'm 5'10" and about 250 lb. The chest and abdomen was a good fit, if a tiny bit snug, but the sleeves were too short. When I reached out the end of the cuff was about 3 inches behind my wrist. I ordered the XXL Long and hopefully that fixes it. It has a zipper and button snaps on the front. I ordered this for Airsoft, and zippers or button snaps can be pretty annoying in a plate carrier. The material is of moderate thickness, it reminds me of my old military uniform thickness (USMC MarPat blouse) In Texas it will get a bit hot, if you live further north it will be more comfortable. Definitely not a "warming layer" but thicker than a tee shirt so when its 100 degrees and 95% humidity you will feel it.

I personally do not believe this is German Military Surplus. The sizing is ridiculous. I would guess XXL is really L.

Runs small, after a cold water wash it got even smaller. Order at least 3 times larger than your normal size.

I wear an XL in everything. I ordered an XXL and it's too small. Apparently these run very small...

I think it is perfect for someone my size. Very true to fit. One con I noticed it is set up for a left handed person. The zipper is. All in all going to make a great lightweight jacket for fall/winter here in Texas.

Gave it to a girlfriend. The zipper is on the jacket is positioned for a female.
