19 months is not long enough for a faucet to last. It broke and is unrepairable, and I’ve had to buy a new one to replace it with in under two years. Ridiculous.

My complaint is that it's hard to find a middle between hot and cold. The handle seems to like on or off it will take some effort to have the pressure at medium flow. Lastly, the spray feature or shower creates such a mess to wipe up that I almost returned it. I purchased this faucet style to get away from the water being everywhere due to the dishes being to close to faucet. Now I have more water everywhere because the spray is to much when first turned on. Unless I'm missing a feature about this handle you won't be able to get it at just right without effort.All that said, this product is an incredible deal. It is well built and fairly easy to install. You may have to purchase a base in matching color of you're installing to a sink with multiple holes that you will want covered. The delivery speed was great.

We've used this faucet for a couple of months and are quite pleased with it. It's nice looking, well made, and works well. Initially I was concerned because of the low price, but the faucet favorably compares with those I saw at the hardware stores that were selling for substantially more. Installing it can be challenging if it is replacing an old faucet, but the kit includes a plastic triangle that is designed to keep the new faucet from falling over while the installer is under the sink, connecting water lines and tightening down the faucet. Ultimately, my wife still comments on how nice it looks and how well it works.

Love love love!!!! Probably the most fanciest faucet we've owned and did not have to spend a ton of money! The only thing I would change is the amount of splash that happens when you turn the faucet on high, but other than that we are very satisfied with this purchase.

We love the new faucet. The only thing we do not like is the pull down sprayer does not stay in place after use. We have to remember to push it back up or it just hangs. Other than that, a great value for the money spent!

When my contractor and I saw this online, he could not believe it! In fact, he yelled, “Buy it!” before I could read its description. The look of the faucet is modern and its function with the option of the sprayer that can detach from the faucet works beautifully. It even works well when bathing my dog or washing my hair. The price is also a great value for the money. So, buy it and enjoy it!

I don't know why I didn't purchase a replacement for my low-pressured kitchen sink faucet earlier. I must have thought it was just the overall house pressure. After this faucet was installed, I was SO happy with the increased pressure that I now actually look forward to washing dishes! My previous faucet pivoted left and right at the base, which was hard to move. This faucet pivots above the handle making it so much easier! We are extremely happy with this purchase!
