The hose set arrived super fast! The hose fits my old Craftsman Shop Vac - no problem! And it easily fits into my Shop Vac for storage! It comes with adapters for the sucking end and is easy to install. The hose is durable and the length makes maneuverability easy.

Unfortunately I had to keep the hose. No matter how many times I put the size of my craftsman shop vac in the search bar for hoses, vac bag's or other parts it always comes up with too big of item's. I had to order an adapter to downsize to fit the wands that came with my vacuum. Why isn't there exact parts for these vacuums. I've spent more money and time trying to make things work then I've really needed to. I can't afford to go out and buy another shop vac. I have a small business. Plus I love the stainless steel vacuum. They are so much easier to work with and keeping clean. Anyway I'm using the parts I ordered, it's a little awkward but it works.

This is a very nice hose. Tool end has a swivel and worked with my favorite tool from my 25 year old craftsman vac. None of the attachments on the vacuum side fit well on my new Dewalt. The original vacuum side attachment swivels, none of the ones with this kit do. On each end of this hose there is ribbing (I guess you would call it) that is about 3 inches for the attachment, then there is a bout 9 inches of a more kink resistant ribbing. It is possible to cut off that 1 foot section and install your original Dewalt attachment. It’s a bear to get it on but it works and you get swivel at both ends of this 20ft hose. Highly recommended product if you have some strong hands.

I have a 25 year old Craftsman shop vac, and my hose was old and wrapped with duct tape. I searched amazon and found the exact replacement. I also buy my filters through amazon. Very Happy!

This hose replacement arrived and was exactly a perfect replacement for the one lost in moving. It has three size adjustments and is sturdy and can be ordered in multiple lengths. Fits our Craftsman vacuum perfectly.

I bought this hose as a replacement for my older Craftsman vacuum & it fits perfectly.Mine is the type where the hose just shoves in & this hose came with all the necessary fittings.This hose is about 3 feet longer than the original & that is a bonus.The p[rice was reasonable & I'd definitely buy this hose again.

This is the best quality and value 20 foot hose I was able to source. Used it to clean my 3 furnace cold air returns. Note furnace must be turned off!! Extremely flexible and yet stiff enough to feed around 1 duct bend in system. Twist it around like you would do with a wire or plumbing fish first and then connect to shop vac and switch on. Was able to feed hose approximately 15 feet into ducts. When vac is on again twist repeatedly clockwise and counter clockwise when retracting. Repeat process several times. Hose contacts ducting, knocking dust loose while suctioning. Inspect with mirror and light where possible. A person rotating the hose at the shop vac connection is of major benefit in process. Not 100% perfect but I consider 80% most acceptable.NOTE* If you are not capable of getting right down on the floor and not flexible enough to stretch out and reach into said ducting to perform this task; you most likely should not attempt!!

The descriptions of what adapter ends come with this and the 13 foot version are poor. I wanted to know if one fitting would allow two hoses to be joined. Amazon Q&A was not clear so I wrote to Craftsman. They did not answer, but instead tried to sell me a three piece adapter set that includes a hose to hose connector. I waited for my 20 foot hose to arrive to find out for myself. Sure enough, one of the included hose ends works to connect to the original hose, making it an extension, needing the other hose to connect vacuum to attachments. My vacuum came with a 7 foot hose- way too short. You can also make the 20 foot hose into a normal(replacement) hose using one of the other hose ends. Then you can switch the ends on the shorter hose making it into an extension. I will likely do this.IMO it is foolish for Craftsman to only include a 7 foot hose, then offer a 13 or 20 foot. I think most will find 7 feet to be too short, and Craftsman should include the 13 foot hose instead.
