Great for commercial grow house. We used this in a 700 sq ft grow house and it worked very well.

I got 18months worth of use out of it, now it needs coolant and I CANNOT find a specialist who can address it. Turned out that it's "disposable", there's no way to refill the coolant and I had to purchase a new one.

Worked for a year until E6 error code.
Made in China, has an error code and doesn't work after a year.

Where to service warranty work
Have used in basement for less than a year. Keeps whole house (ranch style) at a great humidity level. No issues until now. Have an E6 error code - low voltage protection - need to check refrigerant pressure. Cant find any instructions in manual or online. Only number to call is in China. Its still under warranty. Ugh

1 Year 3 months Stopped!
The warranty was for 1 year, mine worked excellently for the 1st year during warrenty then 3 months after the warranty I started getting error 6 (Low Pressure Protection)!$812.75 (Cost) for 13 months (Time it worked) equals $62.52 of water removal cost per month, thats a little bit high.
