That depends on whether you are tinting brows or lashes. For lashes, 2cm tint to 5 drops activator. For brows, use ten drops activator. Should have been an instruction leaflet with tint.

No, it need to be purchased separately.

Q: Can this product be used to dye the hair on the head?

Yes it’s possible for hair and beard, only consider the price - this tint is a bit more expensive than hair dye as it’s specially developed for sensitive area of eyes. In fact it’s more safe and anti-irritant, only more expensive.
