I bought bamboo sheets at Costco about 5 years ago. I loved them, but it was clear that they had run their course, and it was time to order new ones. In my research, I discovered Cariloha sheets, and I was amazed at all the great reviews. I ordered my first set of sheets, followed the washing instructions carefully, and put them on my bed. They were great for the first two weeks, but then they started to pill like crazy - even on a side of the bed where I don't sleep. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and quick to send me a replacement set. Again, I washed the new sheets per their washing instructions, and within a week they were pilling again. When I scrape the pilling off, I will say that the sheets are very soft and they do have the cooling effect that I love. I can only hope that the pilling will stop after several more washes. But for now, I wouldn't recommend these, and I'd probably go back to the Aloha bamboo sheets I got at Costco.

These sheets were a birthday present to myself and now a MAJOR REGRET. Sheets shrank after one wash(after following washing instructions), and basically lift up from the bed so I have to put on the fitted sheet again every morning. I wake up wrapped in these sheets which is so uncomfortable in the mornings. Reached out to customer service and all I got was a “welp that happens sometimes”. Not worth your time or money to get these sheets. There are thousands of other brands you can use and this one shouldn’t be one of them. Never again.

I ordered these sheets when they were 50% off on GMA Deals and Steals. Washed them right away following washing instructions, took then out of dryer, super soft, no wrinkles, then I noticed the hole. Bummer.

These sheets are way too small for a regular queen mattress. We do not have a pillow top or anything out of the ordinary. You literally have to wrestle them onto the bed and the flat sheet barely covers the sides. For the price, is at least expect them to fit. But elsewhere.

If you had bought sheets years ago from Cariloha, they stood behind their products and the quality was decent. Now, they changed their lifetime warranty to a 1 year warranty and fail to even do that. Once you wash these, they are very wrinkled, they get discolorations and they shrink. Even if you follow all directions. When you try to get your warranty, they do not honor it. Unfortunately, for the price of these sheets, they should stand behind them. They no longer are really good quality or even a company that stands behind their product. When you have a company change a warranty like that from lifetime to 1 year, you can guarantee they are cheapening the product and quality.
