Love, love, love this flour
I am gluten intolerant so have to buy flour from Italy to make bread. People who have tasted my bread have said it's the best homemade bread they have tasted. I'm so happy I can enjoy bread again. I do make some great gluten free bread as well but there's nothing like the real thing.

You need this flour in your life.
I dream of good pizza at night- yes there are all types of pizza- frozen, store bought, delivery, DiGiorno each with their benefits and even bad pizza is still pizza BUT my dreams are made up of real pizza, the Italian kind, woodfire pizza, the kind that is crispy and slightly charred around the edges and the middle is slightly chewy. The kind where you use real San Marzano tomatoes hand crushed with only a little salt and a splash of the good olive oil, topped with fresh mozzarella or even freshly shredded or sliced and maybe a few fresh basil leaves. The kind that after you have had enough and are full, you want more, you are already thinking about your next pizza fix. This is the flour you need to achieve that kind of pizza. This flour is special. The pizza dough you will make with this flour will transport you to Italy, even if you have never been, the smell alone will take you there. The process of making the dough, letting it rise, shaping the dough- it is all an experience and a preview of what is in store for your taste buds. now excuse me while I go take a nap just so that I may dream of in pizza.

Omg no
One, this is super tiny. Like the size of two boxes of butter. Two, this smells like someone poured patchouli oil all over it. On the bag it came in, and the paper bag surrounding the flour. There's no way to use this. The bread would taste like patchouli. They won't let you claim this for refund or exchange either. Hard pass on this scam. Weirdest thing I've ever received on Amazon. Disgusting and expensive. Never again.

Good for pasta, maybe not necessary though
I bought this flour when I was first trying out making my own pasta. Many of the TV chefs said to use double-zero flour for home made pasta. I can't say it really made much of a difference though. It was fine, but I don't think I'm going to continue buying it for that purpose.

The only flour to use
It’s a well known fact most flour in the USA is not as good or healthy as the double 00 flour from Italy…I have made fresh pasta from both and the one from Italy is much better quality and certainly healthier.

Sourdough starter flour win
I was looking for an Italian flour for less bloat while making my sourdough. And sure enough this was it. Made my bread so much fluffier and didn’t cause any bloat. Quality is great. Packaging was also superb.

Difference maker
I could definitely notice a difference in using this flour over all purpose flour to make noodles.
