This works after a bunch of clones failed
I have a Canon D1620 scanner/printer and it was making a lot of horizontal smudges all across the page but at random vertical positions. It was also echoing images in some parts. Went through several much cheaper replacements with the same problem. I finally broke down (and went broke) and bought this OEM product. Very expensive, but it works!

Very expensive
great product, but very expensive. While it was a little less money on Amazon, other replacement cartridges are available at a fraction of the cost.

Was a returned item was not new!
The one end of the wheel is broken and won't work!! Should have known when package came destroyed and had a red sticker as it was returned before!

Could have been better
Part of the original exterior box was crushed - about 3"x 3". This price was $10+ higher than cartridge just ordered (hasn't arrived yet)
