Great collection! Well read, well written.. It's Wells after all
I have always loved the stories by Wells and this collection is no exception.I have so far listened to War of the Worlds and First Men in the Moon, and the TIme Machine is to be next. The books are read by well known actors and knowing the reader only adds to the value of the narration , the stories are also well read.I wish that the Sleeper Awakes was in this collection as that is my all time personal favourite, that said this collection is a must for anyone who loves classic literature, or H. G. Wells (or both)..I know that I'm only part way through the collection and I have given 5 stars, but its worth it..Hope you enjoy it as much as I am!!

Great collection of stories.
I'm yet to complete listening to all the stories but this proves the strength of my reviews, it's so well put together I have logged on my pc and reviewed it within the first few hours!This is a must for any Sci-Fi fan.

Really great collection of H.G. Wells.
I'm new to Audible and chose this as my first book. I've watched the films but never read the books. So far so good, David Tennant is the narrator of The War of the Worlds and he does a great job. The story takes you back to the first time you heard/saw the story. Can't wait to see which famous actors will be reading the other titles. H.G. Wells is a great story teller and he keeps you interested as the story flows from chapter to chapter.

David Tennant's reading - better than both movies
I have seen the old and the new movies - War of the Worlds and have the music CDs. This reading was so much better than both films - even though I thought I knew the story this was a most excellent experience. Still to hear the other 3 books.

Memory lane
These stories take me back a few years and I’m really enjoying listening to them. The price is excellent for the amount of stories you get and the voice chosen is a really good choice

Fabulous collection of HG Wells
5 books for 1 credit, brilliant. David Tennants reading of War of the Worlds is amazing and the other narrators are great too. Well worth adding to the Audible Library.
