great purchase, you will see results
I was very skeptical about getting this but it was on sale and I love a good bargain. I got it because my tummy has not been strong and I needed something to work my core and abs out since having two kids pretty much ruined that. This thing hurt so bad after doing it once. I feel so much stronger after using it because my core muscles and abs are sore. I like using the roller for my abs and I also use the handles to do planks and other exercises again for abs and also push ups for my arms. I personally like a jump rope as well to help with endurance and stamina. Great buy and worth it if you are focused on exercising.

Missing pieces?
The media could not be loaded. Am I missing a piece or pieces to assemble the push up bar?Great other than that. Quality product and material. Just need the other parts unless I’m just being dumb on assembling it. No instructions on assembly included.

Pretty good
Good product just a little cheap...I broke the hand strengthener literally out the box and when I do push ups on the bars it feels like it's going to break...other than that good product

It works as long as you use it!!!
Looking to improve abdomen so I bought this set. The set is well built. I can tell my abdominal area and arms are getting a great workout because when I first started using it I could feel my muscles working hard. I ached a couple days later but smooth sailing now. When I button my jeans they are not as tight after daily workouts with this set 5 days a week for several weeks.

For the price it’s not bad the wheels a little flimsy but it works
Pretty easy to put together the wheels pretty flimsy everything else is pretty cut and dry seems like it’s made of good quality and should hold up for at least a year before the rubber grip starts to peel away
