This is a beautiful pot. Satin bands around pots are a very pretty contrast to the high polish finish. The weight of the stainless is significant... this is no thin and flimsy pot. The bottom has a very thick base which is conducive to induction top use and helps hold & distribute heat, but also works just fine over a gas burner. The handles get warm, but not too hot to touch. We got about six to eight standard turkish tea cups worth of volume from the top pot, with water to spare after the proper 50% dilution in the glass. We add half of the remaining hot water to the emptied top pot to get a bit more tea because it it so tasty, but this then allows some tea leaves to escape into the bottom of the teacup. We have a fine mesh over the cup strainer on order which will obviate this minor issue. We strongly recommend this Turkish tea pot.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR A TOTAL OF 64.95 ELEVEN MONTHS AGO WHICH I NOTICED IS MORE THAN IT IS FOR SALE NOW. EVEN AT THE PRICE I PAID, THIS WAS A FAIR PRICE. WE USE IT EVERY DAY TO BOIL THE WATER FOR MY COFFEE PRESS IN THE MORNING AND TO MAKE TEA EVERY AFTERNOON. THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY STURDY PRODUCT THAT LOOKS GOOD ENOUGH TO LEAVE ON TOP OF YOUR STOVE ALL DAY LONG. I FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER. I JUST WASH WITH DAWN TO KEEP IT SPARKLING CLEAN. WE USE QUALITY LOOSE TEA IN THE SMALLER TOP POT AND KEEP ADDING WATER TO THE LOWER POT TO DILUTE THE CONCENTRATED TEA IN THE SMALLER POT. I CAN KEEP ONE TSP OF TEA GOING ALL AFTERNOON. ITS VERY ECONOMICAL TO DO IT THIS WAY. MY HUBBY EVEN ASKED ME WHERE I GOT IT WHICH MEANS HE IS IMPRESSED, BECAUSE HE HAS NEVER ASKED WHERE I GOT SOMETHING IN 38 YEARS OF MARRIAGE.

Weak Lid Handle
I loved the stainless steel style of the teapot and the bottom thick base it has, it looks and feels durable, but the handle of the small teapot snapped right off when I was washing it. :-( I didn't use it until October 15th, the warranty was less than 30 days, so I couldn't return it.

Saul Goodman!
Solid, heavy gauge steel. Handles are very heavy duty and ergonomically well designed. Spouts do not drip, but the holes designed to keep tea leaves out of your cup/glass do slow the rate of flow, so be careful when pouring. The lid for the small pot fits well, loosely. The lid for the large pot fits more tightly and can be a bit temperamental. Nothing worth taking away a star. The small pot fits the large pot perfectly and is quite stable. The large pot works very well on my Duxtop induction stove top (1800 watts), but the small pot has a diameter on the bottom too small for the stove top to detect. I use the large pot as a water kettle; small pot to brew the tea. Very pleased.

Love it!
Very high quality and elegant enough to leave sitting on the stove. The pots are much heavier than I expected. The bottom pot heats quickly and keeps the top hot for a long time. The small size it perfect for tea for one. I've not had any quality issues. Couldn't be more pleased with my choice.

Well made samovar style pot
I use this every day. I've found a local Middle Eastern shop that sells a variety of loose tea and it really does make a superior cup. Watch a couple videos on how to make Turkish tea before using this pot to learn the right method. The steel is nice and thick for good heat distribution, plus it holds heat for a while so your tea won't go cold too quickly. Good Turkish craftsmanship. I'd definitely buy this brand again.
