Best Cup Ever!
Best capacity of any cup I've tried! Those of us w/a super heavy flow know the worry/panic/struggle of dealing w/it, and this cup gave me a few hours w/o needing to empty it (whereas I could barely last an hour in other cups). It's firm and sturdy, and the punch-down method is the only way that really works for insertion. The suction is STRONG, so make sure to pinch and release the suction before pulling it out. I highly recommend this!

Great for heavy flow
This cup is perfect for heavy bleeders but possibly too much if you are regular. It's slightly uncomfortable when first inserted but settles in well. I have PCOS and endometriosis so I have a VERY heavy flow. Regular large cups I would have to empty every 4 hours at least. This one has the capacity to allow me around 8 to 10 hours!! Probably not a good cup for a younger woman or a first time cup user. It's a bit harder to use than the first cup I had but it's worth it for the peace if mind!!!

Best cup!
I’ve tried 4 brands of cups. This is by far the best one for me. I’ve had 4 children, all natural births. I have a high cervix. I also have extremely heavy periods. This cup was the largest capacity one I was able to find. I found that the other brands leaked more, even when not full. My Merula only leaks when it’s full. It has a night snug fit. I also prefer the stem it has to the other brands. The other brands stems are a single straight stem and tend to irritate me. I trimmed the Pixi cup stem completely off which helped but then was difficult to grab and then tended to spill before it was completely out due to having to squeeze it at the base to remove. I just bought the regular size to try for my lighter days as I usually usie the pixi cup the last couple days when I have a lighter flow.

Almost too large?
I have a very heavy flow.. it isn’t the heaviest but I typically fill a standard menstrual cup every 2 hours on my heavy day. This one I’ve changed twice in an 8 hour span. Minimal leakage that wouldn’t penetrate the back up thinx I wear. I don’t feel the suction pain that the others complained about. I do feel the cup/ am highly aware of it when I’m cramping but it doesn’t hurt; just annoys me. The reason I took off a star is that the cup is so big that I have a hard time getting it to pop open in my vagina. It’ll stay folded without some finagling.

FINALLY one that works for me
I've always had issues with my period. I leaked constantly to where I'd stain chairs and seats. My period has always been very embarrassing. I had to wear a heavy pad and go to the bathroom every 1 hour. It made me extremely paranoid every month and was a lot to deal with. It's been two cycles that I've used this and my problems have almost vanished. I don't wear a pad anymore because I rarely leak. When i do, its just a drop, enough for me to feel it and immediately go to the bathroom (unlike before where it all poured out and stained everything at once). What makes this even better is THE BRILLIANT DESIGN. Other cups will sometimes take me a while to get out because the end stick meant to pull the cup out gets slippery and the cup will keep going back in. This cup has a pull handle so I can easily pull on the first handle to bring it down a little, break the seal by pinching the cup inside, then grab the second handle closest to the cup and pull it out with ease and no slippage!! It also unfolds easily during insertion. I have issues with other cups not unfolding once I insert it and I have to wait for it to pop open itself. This cup seems to always unfold itself much easier! It has no holes in it like other cups so that might be what's contributing to the less leakage and easier unfolding? If you're having issues with other cups, buy this :) It's very different and better than the rest. (I used diva and lunette before trying this one)

Painful!!!!
This product is painful to use. I've used other cups for a few years, and I wanted to use this one because of the capacity. I have extremely heavy periods. It is easy to insert, but painful when opening and taking it out. The seal is too intense for me. I break the seal before removal, but after it is out I still hurt. I switched to my other cup and feels better in thirty minutes. I am so unhappy that I spent so much money on this worthless cup.

It works, but...
I got this because it was the closest in function that I could find to my favorite cup. I've had my favorite one for 5 years and felt it was time to replace it, but it isn't being made anymore. That said, I this one worked well for me as far as not seeking, ease of use, and comfort goes. But... I started noticing that my lower back started to ache a lot. I didn't think much about the connection to the cup at first. I've been dehydrated and kinda assumed it was my kidneys or something. But after getting in a hot Epsom salt bath to try to soak the pain away, and it didn't work, I noticed it was time to empty my cup and wirhin 15 seconds after taking it out, 98% of the backpack disappeared. I rotated through my cups/discs over the next few days and when I used the Merula again tonight, the backpack came back. It does its job, but for some reason it hurts me.

Wow! Having always struggled with heavy periods, I have tried to find a cup that would work for years and finally have! This cup is amazing. The rim at the top means that you can remove the cup and not easily spill the contents.. the “ladder” pull at the bottom is easy to use and comfortable to wear. It holds an amazing capacity! I would usually go through a super max tampon ( or when in the US the xxl tampons) every 30 mins on days 1&2 of my period but I was able to leave this cup in for HOURS on the first day... and consequent days, leave it almost the entire working day. Absolutely revolutionary for me. It is sturdy and so feels firm to begin with but after a day I was used to the feeling... and having had 2 children, it stays in place, fits well and sits where it needs to! I would 100% recommend this cup for anyone post-childbirth with extremely heavy periods and endometriosis.

Die Me Luna Sport Shorty XL.

After struggling with the Lunette cup, I bought this one as needed a greater capacity. It is a lot larger than any other cup so takes a while to get used to inserting it, but after a few months of use I can insert and remove it in seconds. When the suction has formed there is no leaks apart from when it overflows. On heavy days it can still overflow and leak during the night- but this is just because of my heavy flow. At first i struggled to get the cup to fully open, but afterwards i found out it usually opens on its own at least a few minutes after inserting- you can literally feel the suction as it pops open! Overall great cup and works for me, but everyone is different, so beware this cup may be too big for you.
