Great Pergola, especially for the price
Great Pergola and company. Company called beforehand to let me know when it was being delivered, as well as on the day to let me know when it would arrive. The driver and his co-worker were happy to bring it up some stairs to close to where it was going to be built so fantastic service. The Pergola went together easily and feels incredibly sturdy. The pack even contained some extra screws. The only constructive criticism I would provide is it would be nice to either have the holes predrilled for a perfect finish, or perhaps give a bit of a description in the manual as it shows some measurements and I was unsure if that's where I should have drilled or where the panels need to line up (especially on the first step; perhaps it is obvious to others though who are more experienced). I would thoroughly recommend Dunster and this product.

Fan...tastic!
Can't say enough good things about this item! It was just what I was looking for and between the easy delivery and (luckily the husband got help from his dad to assemble it) looks great at the end of our path. Now the plants just need to start growing over it and we'll be set!

Disappointed
The Wood is a lot more orange than in the pictures,it arrived with no instructions or screws.....also no pilot holes for assembly.....not impressed.

Very sturdy and well made.
I used this as an entrance into my back garden and I managed to do it on my own. I used postcrete to fix it in the ground and still have plenty room to walk underneath it I am really pleased with it.

Excellent quality!
The quality of the wood is far superior to many I have seen. The instructions for assembly were very clear and I am delighted with the end result. Makes a lovely addition to my garden.

A beautiful purgola , looks awesome, good quality and sturdy.... Delivery was spit on delivery person's very polite and helpful in placing the package where I wanted it as it was heavy...
