Good, inexpensive camera mount!
Our 4 year old has been wanting to make a video of her bike rides. We have an inexpensive action camera that we use for fun projects and this mount was perfect for attaching the camera to her bike handlebars. The good stuff:It contains all the tools needed to install (no hunting for the proper sized allen wrench)It fits different sized bike handlebars by using foam rubber inserts (included in various sizes)The one feature I has that I didn't know I needed: The screw for the camera mount is attached to a wheel, so you can tighten the camera without having to spin the camera onto the screw, this allows you easily point the camera and tighten it down without messing up the direction the camera is facing. We were planning to switch this back and forth between bikes but we're just going to buy a second.

Sturdy Handlebar Mount
This is a great handlebar mount for a POV camera. I use it with my JVC Adixxion. The mount comes with flexible rubber grips of slightly different thicknesses to line the mount and to accommodate different sizes of handlebars. The first set of grips I tried fit too loosely, but, after consulting the instructions and trying the next larger size (they are labeled by size)it fit perfectly. The mount absorbs some of the road vibration. The screw mount is not a "slide in" type, but it is easy to attach the camera to quickly and securely.I use the up/down adjustment on the mount each time I put the camera on my bike, and this too is easy to use and stays put once I adjust it.I am able to get good, not shaky video using the mount. It is quiet, unlike the JVC mount I initially tried.I would recommend this mount to a friend.

It's Not Rocket Science, But It Flies
I'm using this mount, not for a bike, but for a hang glider. It comes with three sizes of "shims" that allow it to clamp onto bars of various sizes. It just so happens that they work well for mounting on my control bar, when I want to get video of a frontal view, and on my washout strut, when I want to get video of myself from the wing tip.Construction seems solid, quality seems good, and I trust that this will hold my camera securely to my glider. Can't speak to how well it would hold up on, say, a mountain bike, but if it's ever in danger of being shaken loose by rough air, I've got much bigger problems to worry about.

CRAP!
Now let me elaborate:I mounted this beauty on my road bike with the purpose of recording my rides, specifically, my commute to and from work. The idea was to have video evidence in the instance of a survivable accident and the like.I didn't feel like having the camera mounted on my helmet and look like a bigger dork than I already do with my cycling gear, so handle bar mount was the way to go.I own the Sony action camera, so figured, lets keep it in the family.Once i got it mounted, I waited eagerly for morning to try it out on my ride to work. A minute into the ride, the mount heads tilt feature just gave up on the first bump. So now i have a camera that is facing the asphalt.I could quickly adjust as I'm riding, but the fact that it has suck a weak hold makes this product worthless. This is as sad as getting a new toy and then having to give it to your younger brother because he wont stop crying and your parents tell you do hand it over (even with the promise of replacing it, its still such a bulls*** feeling). So this thing is going back.Dont add a tilt feature if it wont hold. Its like they didn't even bother to test it properly. Shame.

I am using this mount and my Sony Action Cam ...
I am using this mount and my Sony Action Cam, Model HDR-AS15 with WiFi and a Waterproof Case in place of a GoPro camera to record my trips. The mount also includes inserts to accommodate any variation in handlebar diameter. This mount can also be used on bicycles or an Engine Crash Guard depending on the bar diameter. The angle of the mount can also be adjusted using a button on the side of the mount. My mount is attached behind the windshield and there is no interference. I also chose this mount because my helmet is modular, and mounting to the helmet would create some issues related to the field of vision.

Works as support but not for Action Cam
The mount is well built, with option to take into account different handlebar diameters. It does not have option to change the horizontal angle after is screwed. It is necessary to unscrew a little bit, change the angle and screw back in place. It should have some lock mechanism other than just the screw bolt. When using in rough path, it moves more easily.Using in MTB it is useless since the vibration it is easily transmitted to the action camera (with or without shock absorber), putting a lot of load in cam image stabilization system.Unless you use the cam just for quite soft rides, you will be better served using the head mount on helmet.

poor mounting
using it on a mountain bike handlebar and it is not stable. the mounting ring is too large. the pads in order to decrease mount ring size will cause vibration.

Works great
This thing fits nicely on my bike, holds the Sony Action Cam nice and firmly and videos are relatively steady (with Sony Action Cam's image stabilization turned on), and allows me to capture my bike rides. The camera's mic picks up all kinds of strange and disturbing noises, but this is not a fault of the handlebar mount; it is due to the camera's mic being inside the protective case. Just detach the audio in iMovie and replace it with your favorite bike trip mp3's!I assume this would hold just about any small camera with a standard tripod mount, and isn't exclusive to the Sony Action Cam.
