Makes me vomit, even with a good meal.
Brands with iron make me vomit, so I can only assume it's the sketchy herbals added to this. I will have to order whole food gummies for now on, and with no extras :( I was really sold on the bluebonnet brand because of previous supps I buy from them. I guess when it comes to multi vitamins it's best to steer clear from extra herbals added in multivitamin formulas - just in case.

I've been taking your Men's One Whole Food Based Multivitamin for years but I've been getting nauseous many days after taking it since receiving this most recent bottle I received 12/27/24. Lot # on the bottle- 40900501, Exp. 09/2027
