NDS QF-0750 Flo Control Quick-Fix Expansion Pipe Repair Coupling, 3/4 in, Socket X Spigot, 150 Psi, PVC, 3/4-Inch

I found these gizmos in a Youtube video, and was sure it was the only way to repair a cut in a deeply buried sprinkler pipe I had.My local Lowes didn't have the 1/2" size, so I ordered it here.Daft me, when I went back to the hole in the ground where I'd dug out to get to the cut pipe, I found it was 3/4", and that was the size Lowes had. Anyway, the usage is the same. I went and got the 3/4" size from Lowes, which looks identical to this one, just larger.It works perfectly, I was able to bond it onto the cut pipe without needing to push / pull any of the existing pipework thing around. Stopped the leak.Watch the videos on Youtube before you go in blind with these though, if you make a mistake you'll end up digging a lot more to fix a botched fix.

I used one of these to repair an irrigation pipe. Cut around the break at the indicated width, prime, cement, push, turn, and hold. Easy. Feels solid, and I had no leaks.

Found a company sponsored video on You Tube that shows the correct way to measure and cut the damaged pipe. Installation took less than 10 minutes and it works fine on my irrigation system with 60 PSI water...

I was able to fix a broken irrigation pvc pipe with this part. I was unable to find this part in 3 hardware stores near me. Although the part was good the delivery was not. I paid for expedited delivery but it came a day later than promised. I could have used standard shipping and probably got it at the samotime

having dug down a couple feet to get to a broken connection in my sprinkler system I discovered that a glue joint had failed.using this part I was able to cut out the failed section and glue and slide this coupling in place withing 10 mins. make sure to clean the area before gluing in the coupling. my water pressure in the system is at 80psi and this coupling is holding fine after several months,.I went and purchased a few more in case it is ever needed again., HUGE Timesaver over digging out a whole broken piece of pipe and replacing it.

I have really strong water pressure in my barn. Over 90 PSI - most homes are around 60 to 70. I blow out joints and pipes every year so I was really worried this would not hold up. It has been 8 days and no leaks so far so i believe this will work for just about anyone. My area is known for having PVC pipe issues due to the high water pressure.
