I received this product within one day from ordering. It was brand new and very easy to install. I was able to avoid paying hundreds for a new dryer by simply buying this part. My dryer is now working like brand new!

*Remove plastic knob by pulling on it. (Check to make sure the "D" feature is not stripped out or anything, replace if necessary, I needed a knob too)*UNPLUG DRYER!*Remove top rear panel rear access panel screws (6X).*Change terminals over from the old timer (leave it mounted) to the new timer one by one, so you don't mess up the wiring.*The tabs allow the timer to be 1/4-turned in from the rear.*Twist out the old (unwired, bad) timer.*Twist in the new (wired, good) timer.*Add knob.*Replace back access panel.*PLUG IN DRYER, and Dry away!Congrats! You are now a dryer technician...

came in a opened package the box itself says ge original made in Mexico the bag it came in that was opened says Mexico but the actual items is made in Twain .I’ll come come back and re review this if this works or not

I left old part I until new part came so I could just transfer wires. Be careful that you don't break the wire connectors.
