Royal Copenhagen Classic by Royal Copenhagen for Men 8.0 oz Eau Cologne Pour

Another item that I took a gamble on. I had not seen this cologne in stores but I had heard the name tossed around before. Looking at reviews and the description, this was more in line with what I was looking for in a product. I am tired of the generic smells I get when trying to pick out something in Macy's. It all smells the same and over chemicalized. There's no life, no gusto to a lot of the stuff I have come across. It's just as important for something to smell good to me as it is for it to impress someone.I'm terrible at picking out exact scent descriptions, however cool light spice with a touch of old school manhood is how I would describe it. I feel like a man that just worked on a car then decided to rummage in a spruce forest. Afterwards I have come back and cut up some fruit and added some spice to it , and accidentally spilled scotch on myself.The complaint I most often see and can almost agree with - longevity. Some days it sticks in key areas longer than others but don't expect this to be something that stays an hour later as powerfully as you put it on. Still, it has a nice linger to it and it won't completely disappear throughout the day so don't get too discouraged by it. Plus what are you doing dousing yourself in this stuff anyway? You shouldn't be applying cologne to cover any smell up. Are you trying to attract ants? Because that's how you get ants.Really though, a great product, great price, nice size, and it has character.

Smells terrific I been using it for years now . Women absolutely love this cologne on me always get me compliments. It’s mild but smells amazing . Only thing I hate is it didn’t come in a spray bottle. This cologne will last about 8 hours or so. Smells terrific it’s very affordable and it’s not overpowering. With everyone being allergic to everything nowadays lol it’s important to wear cologne that is not overpowering. They have other much higher priced colognes but this is a amazing scent at a low price . I been told by a lady friend it reminded her of baby powder the way it smells . But I will say ladies find it irresistible when I wear it lol !

Tried to order just the cologne spray but since they offer several version such as a cologne spray, a splash version as well as a after shave, I ended up with the splash and not what I wanted which was the spray. But I'm still gonna keep my 8 Oz. Splash cause I still love the scent... a mably baby powder fragrance that screams "Aint nobody dope as me, im just so....So fresh and So clean" (-Outkast.)

Had forgotten what a nice fragrance this is

I'm in my fifties, married and I have always gone for a masculine scent. Not obvious, just subtle and pleasant and reassuring. I also use an old fashioned double edge safety razor and use Clubman as my aftershave. So...I'm that kind of guy. I don't do metro...I don't do AXE...I don't have a feminine side, which is why I married someone who is feminine...that's all tongue in cheek of course. All to explain why I have worn this most of my adult life. It goes on with everything coming out...then relaxes 30 mins later to a Norwegian wood, vanilla, outdoor light woodsy for the rest of the day. It doesn't smell like you have a cologne on...it smells clean, fresh...and very manly (I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay).If you're the same kind of guy who doesn't need to be obvious...just resting self assured in your masculinity ;o, Royal Cope is for you.

The cologne I received was clearly the genuine product and had the same fragrance as the previous bottle i purchased. Although there appeared to be the same product at other sites at what appeared to be a lower price, I found that they did not include shipping. With Amazon Prime's free shipping, a quality product, and a clearly stated delivery date, this was clearly a more cost-effective choice. I will continue to repurchase this cologne from from Amazon.

Decent cologne at a reasonable price. Its the kind you "splash" on, doesn't spray. The smell and scent of it is not my cup of tea. The aroma is that of which an older person would have on. Too much musk for my taste.
