I had been looking for a waist trainer for a while and I saw this one was at a really good price so I decided to buy it quick shipping I opened the package and to my surprise the waist trainer was better than what I was expecting it to be it's nice and sturdy and it's also been helping me with my posture I'm very glad I finally got this one it's comfortable easy to adjust and I wear mine all day I'll be back to post picture updates! Get you one!

I've only had it for a short time, so I can only do initial thoughts, but so far so good. Since this is my first one of these sorts of things, wasn't sure about how it would be in general, but this one is so far comfy, can bend and move around with it, and at least with that one shirt, help it fit a little better! But need more time to really try it out more, so keeping fingers crossed for the good luck to continue!

I have only had this waist trainer for a couple of weeks, but every time I have worn it while walking for exercise, it has provided great support to my back. It cinches in my waist and when I take it off, I can see a noticeable difference in the size of my waist line. It is doing exactly what I purchased it to do, and I believe it will hold up to wear and tear and heavy sweating. It is also pretty true to size. If you want a tighter fit, I would size down. I sized up for room to move if I chose to. Overall, right now, I think this waist trainer will serve its purpose well and was a great buy for the price. I recommend it for purchase.

I do like it because it helps with my back tremendously, the only downfall it’s very itchy .. I need to wear a shirt underneath.

This is the best one i have bought so far. Previous one did not fit at all as if they were for children. Im usually XL but i bought XXL in this to give me an extra give for the straps and that was the right choice. Ive been doing a couple of hours at a time to start while im working at the desk and it really helps w my back pain and posture. Very adjustable amd comfortable. Keeps you firm but its not hard. I like it so far. Hopefully it doeant stretch out anytime soon but i doubt it due to the double straps.

essentially this is a back brace- not really a weight loss - work out type brace that i thought i was buying.I broke my back a few years back and this is pretty much exactly what i was wearing at one point. it is very thick so not breathable and because its so straight.. you cannot get the top tight enough. This brace i can buy in any retail shop (Target, Fred Meyer, CVS, ect) not exactly what i had in mind or thought the picture looked like.

I recently started walking and needed something to support my back. I have back issues and typically 15 minutes into my walk my back is on fire and the pain becomes uncomfortable. After perusing tons of reviews on Amazon, I landed on this waist trainer. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh 268 pounds and I ordered the XXL. As you can see from my pics the two ends barely meet but when I use the second set of belt that's when the magic happened. it compressed my waist and gripped my back so tight tight my eyes popped open; I definitely was not expecting that so I kept it and have been wearing it since I received it. It also does not roll up when i walk and I have no back pain while I am walking which is great because without the belt 15 minutes int my walks my lower back is usually on fire. So far I love this belt it does what it says and the price is great!! as I continue to walk and lose weight I'm sure it will fit better.

I was totally looking forward for this to arrive. To my extreme disappointment the Velcro does not stay fastened even though It does fit my waistline just fine. I constantly have to keep fastening it and also it is uncomfortable. Something on the right side of it is jamming into my skin and hurts so badly to the point it has left a mark on the one side. It’s so uncomfortable and annoying with constantly trying to get the Velcro to stick :/ I really had high hopes for this..
