what rotation is this? I need right hand rotation from back of vessel

Distributor will fire in clockwise order so with right hand rotation from back of vessel (counter-clockwise from serpentine belt facing) will work.

Does it come with instruction for converting a thunderbolt mercruiser alpha drive

No, there’s no instructions but I just used it to convert my boat from thunderbolt to hei and it worked great
