These tiny tablets (so easy to swallow) are very good value and do work - good for inflammatory conditions like joint pains/arthritis. Importantly, they have a black pepper component which enables the curcumin to be properly absorbed. I have used turmeric for a couple of years.

Only been taking for a few days. Did not realise they were tablets, so they leave a yellow powder on your fingers. It will stain if not careful. Will go for capsules in future.

Bought for my joints but find taking 1 three times a day significantly improves IBS symptoms

Chose this product on the size of the tablets as I struggle to take larger tablets or capsules. They arrived earlier than expected, as for the effiency it's early days yet but I am hopeful they will prove effected.

Take these twice daily, no more aching joints.

A bit tiny and not an actual 1400mg tablet ,you probaply need to take 4 of them for a serving, but i hope they do their work..
