McCormick Grill Mates Baja Citrus Marinade, 1 oz

I died and went to Heaven!!! This stuff is AWESOME!!! I hope they never stop making it!!! Delicious on chicken, fish, shrimp, pork and vegetables! It's best when used with wine instead of water (red wine gives an even better-tasting glaze). I have used multiple vinegars interchangeably without much of a difference in taste. I prefer to use white wine with white vinegar or red wine with red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar. But any combination is excellent!

Great flavor.. Marinated some chunks of chicken overnight. Cooked it up in a skillet with some green and red peppers then boiled some pasta and added it to the pan. All coated lightly with the extra marinade. It was pretty great =) Definitely worth the purchase.

I used this to grill steaks and I even added a little bit of orange juice that I squeezed for an orange. it was amazing

I marinated chicken for 24 hours in this and the flavor of the meat was out of this world!! Will be on my list again!!

Just a tang of Citrus and great spices. one of many Grill mates flavors we keep on hand for grilling.

Just add protein, marinate a couple hours or overnight,and dinner is easy but flavorful.
