Exhaust hole way too small.
The bolt holes line up but the center hole needs to be much bigger. Says it fits PTE t3/t4 but it would restrict exhaust leaving the turbo way too much to work and the tension ring does not touch anything.

Exhaust Port too small for Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo
The exhaust gasket port measured ~56.5mm in diameter, when it needs to be 64mm.
