Are these terminated T568A or B?

I don't have one nearby to verify, but they're usually B. Although since both ends are terminated the same way it doesn't matter.

What gage are the wires? Do they meet any specs?

Cat 6 cables use 22 to 24 gauge wire. The gauge is dependent upon the cable length, as a longer cable requires a larger wire gauge to carry the same signal without appreciable signal loss. I'm not 100% sure, but I assume these are 24 gauge. Not sure what specs you are looking for, but I've had no issues with these cables. Meets Cat 6 specs?
