Not a bad little table.
I bought this to go with the dresser of the same brand. I thought that it would be cute by my son's bed where he would be able to have his cup of water and his lamp. It was not hard to put together except the little angled shelf area. I had a hard time screwing that in. But overall I love the table. It has a fairly good size drawer for storing small toys and books. Underneath is where we keep all his extra blankets and quilts so that if he wants a change they are within reach. I think the design of the table is great. But it has the same downfall as the dresser.Plastic drawer slides. They do not move smoothly they move jerkily and it isn't easy to open. Sometimes when I try to open the drawer without putting my hand on top to steady it the whole thing tries to fall over. It's THAT tight. So like the dresser I wish they could make the drawer slides something a bit better. Smoother. But, for now it works.

Looks cute, love the bin, but corners are very sharp!
I bought this nightstand and the matching chest of drawers. They look nice, but the corners are very sharp! With the dresser, it's not really a big deal because a toddler can't reach the top and I've really had no issues with the dresser. But the size of the nightstand makes it so the sharp corners are dangerous. I can't have it directly next to my son's toddler bed because I worry about him bumping into it accidentally. You can see from the picture the way the corners stick out from the nightstand. Worst though, is the piece of wood sticking out on the bottom front for the "bin." It is a nice place to put books, but I can't tell you how many times I've been stabbed in the back from it while sitting on the floor reading to my son. You forget it's there and lean just wrong and ouch!! I have a new baby crawling and can't let him near it because it's right at the height where he would smack his head on it.I thought if I bought furniture specifically designed for children, the corners would be rounded for safety. And it's not like you can sand them down yourself since it is laminate. I'm very disappointed in this night stand and do not recommend. I would not have bought it had I known the corners were so sharp. On the positive side, the company is great. Two of the panels arrived damaged so I called them up and they sent me replacements right away.

nice price
It's pretty substantial furniture. But you gotta put it together correctly. And the instructions are a real acid trip. Lots of little tiny weeny pictures (and parts) and very few words to explain the purpose of the MANY MANY tiny little parts. I was considering making a visit to a local Egyptian Museum to see if the hieroglyphics experts there could make out what the "instructions" were trying to say about constructing this thing. Anyway, I bought this item and another similar piece. Once I was able to figure out one assembly, the other item went together much quicker and smoother in 1/3 the time. It not bad for cheap furniture but the instructions are maddening. Plan for an all day adventure in furniture assembly. If you buy more similar items, assembly will make more sense after you finish the first one. Good luck...

Solid nightstand
The nightstand was delivered well packaged without any damage from shipping. If you have any experience with assembling flat packed furniture then this is no different. The instructions were well laid out and the components for assembly are packaged individually for ease of finding. I always recommend using a quality wood glue or gorilla glue and applying beads to mating surfaces and wooden dowels for longevity.

... forever to put together for small table but I love the look of it
This took forever to put together for small table but I love the look of it. One of the holes wasn't pre-drilled so that was a little of a challenge but I made it work. We bought the set (headboard, night stand, dresser) for my sons room and am very happy with the purchase.

Great value
This is by far the best put-it-together-yourself furniture for the money. I hesitated on purchasing because of other reviews about how long it would take and how poor the instructions were but I was pleased to find out that they were complete nonsense. Instructions are fine. For any willing do it yourselfer, assembly is a straightforward. I recommend adding some wood glue to your install list for unfinished joints and dowels.

Worth the tough assembly
Excellent and beautiful product. Was not expecting much since is mostly pressboard with laminate but actually looks great. Only gave 4 stars because was really complex and a pain to put together. But result is worth it, and price is right.

Decent furniture for kids. Nice looking. Not too difficult to assemble. The back has that cheap fiber board that most furniture has

Pretty satisfied
I'm pleased with these - ordered two. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and the end result looked good. Left off the bottom 'lip' part, as these were for an adults room and it just looked better without.
