A Good Substitute
A very good substitute for wheat flour pancakes. It's very easy to use, and earned 5 stars in that category. For my taste, they're a bit sweet--but then, I prefer breads without sweetening, unlike (apparently) everyone else in the world. I used half-and-half instead of nut milk and increased the amount to 8-10 T rather than the 2 T called for. The pancakes were just the thickness we prefer and they were very tender (unlike other brands I've tried). This added liquid gave me 7 pancakes at 5"+. I added salt to my pancakes, as the flavor seemed a tiny bit bland, but I can't see how nut flour could have less taste than wheat flour, so this is probably just some quirk of my taste buds, resulting in 4 stars for flavor instead of 5. On the other hand, this product allows me to eat pancakes, tender pancakes, easy to make (not like recipes I've seen using coconut flour), tasty enough, and not hugely costly, so I'll happily stick with it. I like this mix not only better than other keto-types, but also better than some regular mixes I've tried. So an easy 5 stars overall.

You NEED this mix in your life!! Keto or not these Pancakes are DELICIOUS!
BUY THESE! After purchasing and tasting these Pancakes I have not gone one day without having a bag of this mix in my kitchen cabinet; that’s how delicious they are! I believe my opinion is valid as Pancakes are my absolute favorite meal- EVER!. They are Seriously the only food I have craved for the entire 2 months I’ve been on Keto. My kids cook pancakes at least twice a week so I would very frequently smell that delicious aroma wafting through the house and then have to refrain from indulging in their deliciousness . Desperate, I tried quite a few keto pancake mixes and promptly threw every one of them away. I had almost given up hope and then read these reviews and took one more chance on Keto pancakes. And I’m Extremely happy I did!! These are a Game Changer for me!! They are AMAZING!!!!! They’re fast and easy to make with only 3 (4 if you add a tsp of vanilla extract, like I do) added ingredients that anyone doing Keto usually has in their kitchen. I serve them a few different ways....sometimes With butter and Sugarfree syrup (Choc Zero Maple is my fav!). Or I cook bacon until it’s extremely crispy, crumble it up into small pieces, and throw it into the mixture before cooking- for a sweet and savory pancake. I will sometimes warm up fresh berries on the stove with a little water, lemon juice and Swerve (to taste) and make my own homemade sauce with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Another favorite is combining cinnamon and granulated sugar (Swerve, Monkfruit Or Stevia) and then sprinkling the mixture on top to make cinnamon & “sugar” pancakes. The kids also like them with dark chocolate chips in the batter with a little Choc Zero Sugarless Chocolate syrup drizzled on top. Sooooo If you’re a pancake fan you HAVE to have these! If they’re too thick add a little extra unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It took me a couple batches to figure out how to get them to the right consistency and when to flip them. But I mastered both quickly and now my kids actually prefer these Pancakes and the sugarfree syrup over the kind they usually eat!! BRAVO Keto and Co.!!!

Can't believe it's Keto
I was skeptical of this Keto Pancake and Waffle mix, but I thought I'd give a try just to have something more for breakfast. The only reason I didn't give the overall rating five stars is because of the price and the volume. The mix was easy to use. I made waffles and I was able to get three waffles out of the recipe that was defined on the package. I used a waffle iron that makes four waffles Belgian style, each waffle is about 4"x4". The mix seemed a bit thick but I didn't alter it since it was my first time using it. I spooned it onto my waffle iron. Just like with regular waffles, I let them cook until the steam dissipated. The waffles are a little darker than standard waffles. They are also more dense than standard waffles. The flavor of course is a bit nutty due to the almond flour. Overall, I loved the taste. I used ChocZero's Maple Pecan Syrup on them and quite honestly, if it wasn't for the price of the mix, I'd probably use this over standard waffle mix all the time when I cycle off the Keto diet. I would recommend using more butter in the mix and maybe an extra egg to make them fluffier. I also used water instead of any type of milk. And, I used canola oil.

A lot of effort to make them Okay
I agree with a lot of the reviews in that if you use it for pancakes, they are still raw in the middle after the outside is cooked (this can be overcome by microwaving for about half a minute after you cook them on the griddle, but they lose all their fluff). My work around is that I use the mix for waffles instead of pancakes and there are no issues with the middle not being cooked. It helps the flavor if you add a little vanilla, about a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per batch. If you mix the batter using a stand mixer and mix at a high speed until some air is incorporated, you can get 3 Belgian type waffles instead of 2 from a batch. The taste and texture are pretty good if you do all this. I'm only giving it 3 stars instead of 5 stars because it's a lot of work to get this mix to make a workable/palatable product, but it's worth the effort if you are feeling waffle depraved on your Keto diet. I wouldn't say it's a great value as you have to provide 3 eggs per batch and you don't get many batches from a bag, and the bag is pretty pricey. I don't think it saves much on convenience vs just finding a keto recipe to make yourself, so I probably won't purchase again.
