Shomer-Tec Ceramic Razor Blade
Yes it's small and very sharp. These are made for SERE kits or to be concealed in multiple places and manners. Mine is under a morale patch on my jacket. These are made of non-metallic ceramic which makes them rust proof and they also hold better edge retention as opposed to metal razor blades. Don't purchase these if you are looking for a box cutter, that's not the intended use and they are too small for that purpose. The intended purpose is for cutting rope, zip ties and duct tape in counter-custody situations (from bad people, not law enforcement).

Good for small survival kits.
Very small, and needs to be sharpened. It appears to be of good quality and a good addition to my survival kit.

Nifty slicing tool
Nifty slicing tool. As everyone has commented, the "blade" is tiny. Take a peek at my picture.Because it is tiny and because it is polished ceramic, the blade is difficult to hold. That can be easily solved with a bit of textured tape. I'm not sure about using this to escape from an Evil Lair, ala James Bond, but I'll put some tape and string on it, place it in my bag and the next time I have to open a box it will be used instead of my keys.

Will come in handy when I'm Batman
Perfect tool to keep in my Bat Belt for escaping from the Riddler's clutches. Otherwise not very useful but I couldn't resist clicking. Seems sharp, comes in a cylinder that protects it well, about the length of a razor blade.

Neat evasion device
Very cool. Very small.

Fun sized.
It's pretty and absolutely tiny, one could easily hide it in a fist. It's pretty obvious that this was designed as an escape and evasion product with few other uses.Used it as a letter opener right after I got it, sharp, but not as sharp as I was expecting.

Nice little blade
This is a great little blade. I secured mine under my belt with handcuff key. The blade is delicate and not ideal for daily chores, but great emergency edc blade.

A Few Suggestions
I've bought two of these only because there's nothing else in the market. They are not very sharp out of the box and working on a diamond hone is only slightly successful. The biggest gripe I have is the lack of a safe hold. If there was a finger groove or some other way to curve a finger under it for better control, it would greatly improve its usefulness. Pressing it between finger and thumb is not a very strong or safe hold. The small lanyard hole is a nice touch but adding another in the middle, especially if larger, would allow splicing into a makeshift handle. So, Shomer-Tec or whoever is the manufacturer, neat idea but here are a few suggestions:1. Keep the size and non-knife appearance but make it more ergonomic for use. Perhaps one corner dipped in and unsharpened for a support finger.2. Another hole in the middle, preferably bigger, for an anchor point to tie it into a handle.3. Sharper cutting edge out of the box.
