Only good if you have standard forward controls
I have a 2016 Scout. The kit only comes with a reduced reach clutch rod for connecting. It seems this kit only assumes you will have standard forward controls. In my case, I had mid controls that had a single and different tie end. I was left with no way to connect this linkage together. I kept the kit because I used the offset brackets to mount the control bracket to. Also, the length of the rod will make it so the shifter sits too far forward and will not down shift as it hits the main control bracket preventing the needed movement to down shift. To get around both issues, I cut the rod shorter and welded a different tie end connector. The three stars are for the setback brackets being useful.

Minor change, enough to feel the difference
Until a certain company is able to restock their TRUE mid-controls, this was able to shift the foot controls just enough for me to feel a difference. Super easy install on both sides. Just need to be mindful of the brake line of the right side, and do some tweaking of the shift linage on the left side. Other than that, it’s cake.
