Documentary discussing the works of science fiction author Jules Verne. The programme analyses his most famous novels, including 'Around the World in Eighty Days' and 'Journey to the Center of the Earth', exploring whether his writings were simply fiction or if they contain hidden messages such as clues about lost treasure.

Not what I expected
I was hoping this was a collection instead of a documentary- very disappointed

Complete waste of time!
Dear god, this is one of the worst things I have watched in a long time. The quality is unbelievably bad. It is utter nonsense with copyright free videos that have nothing to do with most of the narration playing in the background. Do not waste ur money. I threw it out!

Temporary Insanity
The best that can be said about this occult nonsense is that they couldn't pronounce any names correctly. A complete waste of money.

Fascinating!
I've always been intrigued by Jules Verne, but, not being an avid reader, have not had the time to delve into his works myself. I decided that I should just go ahead and buy a DVD about him instead of trying to get through the stories (which are wonderful--I just never get around to finishing books). I'm very glad I did, he is way more intriguing than I originally thought! Sex and secret societies were not something I expected to learn about here!

Informative, but not very entertaining
As a biography of the great author, it is informative. However, much of the informations, especially when it comes to the freemasons, are specultative.

Terrible
This so-called documentary was terrible. Inappropriate music, awful narration and pronunciation, pitiful research. a schoolchild could do better. Don't buy this.
