It’s not designed to fit any human body. No one could possibly get the Velcro straps tightened by themselves. You can’t pull a strap behind you. You can’t see it. When I did get the product on it, pinched my under arms, very uncomfortable.

Works as advertised, bur after awhile of wearing the product it becomes uncomfortable. Straps rolling up under arms. Cannot put on alone

It definitely makes you realize how much you slouch. It is slightly uncomfortable but I feel like wearing it 20 minutes at a time (as suggested) is a relief on the spine. I'm 64 and on a mission to improve my body before it's too late. This is very helpful in correcting my posture. Worth the spend.

This is an easy product to use. Be careful to orde the correct size for your body shape. I did not and it could not full do as advertised. Now I know and advise others. check your body size so it can do what it was made for. The price and product quality are good.

My husband tried, with and without my assistance in every way possible to make this thing work. While it has potential to assist in posture, the consistent under arm digging, pinching and and overall discomfort, made it impossible to wear. He tried so hard because he really needed it to work and was so hopeful, but ultimately found it to be an utter disappointment. So, I will continue the search for something that works as advertised but doesn't dig into his underarms so badly that it can't be worn longer than 4 - 6 hours. Sigh 😔

This posture product it looks really good but it’s just too small for me so I want to return it and get a L/XL

Because of some problems with my left rotator cuff and upper back I was looking for something that would help me keep my posture up while I'm at the computer. I have a hard time remembering to hold my posture, so I thought this would be a good way to either hold me in place or, at least, remind me to pull my posture straight. This is comfortable and works beautifully, forcing me to keep my posture up. I don't have to think about it at all and my posture is perfect. I only just got it, so I don't know if it will actually train me to keep my posture up when I'm not wearing it, but I'm perfectly happy just wearing it while I work if not.The one, tiny thing that I'll mention is that, because of the rotator cuff issue, I couldn't adjust that side with it on the way it shows in the instructions. I ended up adjusting it off of me, putting the left side on first since that's the shoulder that doesn't rotate properly and ends up hurting, and then pulling it up on the right side. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get it adjusted to the right fit, but once I did it is fantastic. I just don't undo the straps and it stays right where it should be. Since this isn't a problem for most people and it doesn't affect how well it is working, I didn't take any stars off. If you have shoulder problems, though, keep in mind that you might have to fit it by trial and error or have someone give you a hand.
