A Chore
I really looked forward to this book being published. Like most of Churton's books, it fit right into my wheelhouse of interests. But on reading it, I was very disappointed. Churton has poor writing skills and is inept in presenting his content in interesting fashion. I find reading his books to be a chore. A book less in my wheelhouse but which I found fascinating is 'John Dee and the Empire of Angels' by Jason Louv. Louv is a wonderful writer.

A Wonderful Addition Exploring The Influences of Eastern Mysticism on Magick!
I thoroughly enjoy the works of Tobias Churton on esoteric subjects and I knew I had to purchase this book subjected on Aleister Crowley’s explorations whilst in India and how Eastern Mysticism inspired Magick and Thelema. A wonderful addition to any bookshelf.

A Magnificent Work.
One of the finest books on Crowley ever written. Deep, detailed, rich and blossoming with fascinating information and stories surrounding Aleister Crowley, Buddhism and his interface with the philosophy that would change his life.
