They make an excellent yogurt (just don't have any Lactobacillus bulgaricus - which FDA requires to call it yogurt) I buy this and Swanson Ultimate 16 Strain Probiotic and combine them to make an excellent yogurt using a yogurt maker - it has an excellent flavor, is creamy, and can be eaten plain or with fruit or other additives. Definitely has helped my digestion.
